Food Valley, in collaboration with Sime Darby Unimills, held on Thursday the 10th of February an open innovation seminar entitled "Sustainable Sourcing: The Case of Sustainable Palm Oil". Host of the day was the Word Wide Fund for Nature at Zeist. Main question of the day was how to create and meet the supply and demand of sustainable palm oil throughout the existing palm oil chain.
