Review Seminar: Duurzame inkoop Soja & Palm Oil (Engels) 21 april 2011
The Product Board for Margarine, Fats and Oils (MVO) and the Sustainable Trade Initiative (IDH) organized on Monday the 11th of April a seminar entitled 'Sustainable Sourcing Soy & Palm Oil'. The seminar was well attended by slightly over 200 participants including specialists from the oils and fats sector, consumer good manufacturers, ngo's and government representatives. The main questions of the day were: Why is it important to choose sustainable sourcing? How can you buy sustainable palm oil? And when can you buy responsible soy?
